2024 Rental Rates:

3 Night/4 Day Rental: $500 plus tax

Reservation Deposits:
Security deposit equaling the amount of the 4 day minimum (plus tax) is required at reservation. Balance + $200 Damage/Cleaning deposit is due at or prior to check out.
Damage/Cleaning deposit will be processed within 72 hours of return if no damage/cleaning/dumping charges are incurred. When available, early check out can be arranged at the standard daily rate. Camper returns are expected returned by noon. Late returns are subject to late return penalties.
Cancellation fee:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days before rental are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made within 30 days all pre-paid rental will be forfeited.
Payments:
We accept cash or checks in person or by mail as well as MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Additional Fees:
Our campers are checked out clean and ready to go. We require the rentals to be cleaned and empty upon return. If the camper requires repair, additional cleaning or holding tank dumping, time will be billed at $50/ hour, 2 hour minimum.
FREE PROPANE for summer rentals.
Propane used for late Fall and Winter rentals should be returned full.
We do provide: RV tissue, a broom, a reasonable water hose, a power adapter to be used with the factory power cord and wheel chocks/blocks.
Please note that our campers do not come furnished with bedding, kitchen supplies, or other provisions.
Additional cords, TV cables, hoses, leveling blocks and interior furnishing should be considered by the renter when packing.
Pick up/Drop-off: Expected pick up time will be after 1:00 pm and drop off time before 11:00 am. However, when possible we will do our best to accommodate each clients requests and schedules if possible. Required extended time may incur additional rental fees.
